Top-Up

To make any payment or transaction you have to first top-up your account balance.

The Top-Up page utilizes blockchain technology to allow users to pay for their virtual numbers, call duration and other future features.

Top-Up Balance

After selecting an amount to top-up your balance, you will then be switched over to the payment page where you will be prompted with the address to send the SOL to to fulfill the top-up order. The price is aggregated to align with the price of Solana.

The payment address is only valid for twenty minutes and is voided after that time period. When topping up the balance it is important to always use the top-up page to generate a new receiving address because the previous one will not work for future deposits. If your payment fails, or is sent afterwards, there maybe a chance to recover your funds. Reach out to support via telegram to more help with that.

After sending your Solana, the time to deposit and credit your balance can take up to fifteen minutes. Please be patient, if it doesn't credit after that time period, contact support.
